Project fees are quoted after we see document volume and activity count. Every contract and project differs, so exposure, recoverable revenue and fee all vary by project.

- Is the first project really free?
- Yes. One live project, the full check library, your own documents, and a walkthrough of every finding. We do it because the findings sell the product better than a deck does — most teams are surprised by both the exposure and the recoverable revenue that surfaces.
- Why per project instead of per seat?
- Risk arrives per submission. A single unpriced scope item or a long-lead package released too late can cost more than a year of software. Pricing per project keeps the fee anchored to the money actually at stake.
- How long does a review take?
- Most projects complete in hours, not weeks. A large drawing set, a full project manual and a multi-thousand-activity schedule typically finish overnight.
- Do you need our estimate?
- No, but it materially improves scope-gap and margin findings. Without it we reconcile documents against the schedule only. With it we can tell you which missing scope is also missing from your price.
- Will our documents be used to train models?
- Never. That's contractual, not a setting. Your documents stay in your isolated tenant, encrypted at rest, and are excluded from all model training and evaluation.
- Does this replace our scheduler?
- No. It removes the mechanical cross-checking so your scheduler spends their time on sequencing strategy and negotiation, where their judgment actually changes the outcome.
